There’s no escape from digital transformation, even for government. Our 2016 predictions for government technology includes more openness, the use of big data to improve outcomes, and a shift from open data to digital applications. 2016 will be a challenging cybersecurity and privacy year for governments. And, we expect to see increased innovation with “smart cities”. Expect a continuation of the trends that we saw in 2015.
