Trust and Fear in Digital Transformation 2016

Fear of the new is a powerful motivator. Digital transformation generates a super fear – fear of business model disruption, of social ills, of insitutional relevance, of transparency and accountability. I predict that we’ll see fear harnessed. Large organizations will stop denying the potential “paradigm shift” through the combination of automation, mobile, social media, big data, robotics etc. 2016 will be the year that fear is harnessed.
