Credibility: The Medium and The Message

You don’t care about how wonderful I say that FreeBalance is. That’s my conclusion: you don’t care what I say about FreeBalance. What you care about is the value that we provide. This can only be provided, for those of you who do not have FreeBalance software, by gaining credibility.

This observation seems to be born out when analyzing what content people look at and download from the web. There are some differences depending on the media. But, the one thing that is clear: few people care about press releases!

Broadcast is obsolete. Engagement lives.
