Interesting discussions yesterday! We presented an overview of the FreeBalance methodology to align government public financial management needs to Government Resource Planning (GRP) technology and implementation services.

I have been accused (guilty I am) of over-enthusiasm about Public Financial Management (PFM), government transparency, Government 2.0 and government performance management. This generated some very interesting discussions – and some good ideas. (Like, change “Budget 2.0 to “PFM 2.0″.)

Of course, any presentation in the flesh benefits from the enthusiasm. (I’ve tried to document some of the slides with what I said.)
