Capacity Building

All FreeBalance implementations include formal training plan for civil servants and description of how capacity building will be achieved.

Capacity Enhancement

Provides temporary onsite assistance by FreeBalance consultants. This service is used to assist the government roll-out of the FreeBalance Accountability Suite to additional ministries or levels of government, or to provide a small backup team to assist in adapting fiscal processes such as a move to accrual accounting or adding performance measurements in the financial and human capital software.

Product Maintenance

Provides all product fixes and upgrades and manages enhancement requests.

Solution Support

Provides internet and telephone support and access to a Knowledge Database of issues and resolutions.
