I spent last week at the the Harvard Kennedy School of Government Executive Education course taking Leadership Decision-Making: Optimizing Organizational Performance. It was fascinating and useful course with rich content and experts with real-life experience. The mix of lectures, case studies, exercises, interviews, videos and discussions made the course very valuable. There are some interesting takeaways that I had for those of you who may want to know more before attending.
